Printed tube sleeve
Rolls of tube laminate, single or multilayered, with or without aluminium foil are supplied printed to the tube sleeve production process.

The printing technologies used are various such as:
- Silk screen
- Offset
- Letter press
- Flexography
- Gravure print
- Hot foil or cold foil application

Tube diameter on SAESA® machines range from 22 to 50 mm and thanks to the optional tube diameter extension kit, can be decreased to 12.7 mm for mini tube size conguration.
The standard machine can handle ABL (Aluminium Barrier Laminate) and with optional equipment PBL (Plastic Barrier Laminate) as well as non foil laminates without barrier layer.

- ABL laminates with a total thickness of 250μ to 300μ and with an aluminium thickness of 40μ to 12μ.
- PBL laminates with a total thickness of 250μ to 350μ with or without barrier layer. For better traceability, it is possible to imprint one full code of up to fourteen characters on each tube while producing.
